Symptoms of Anxiety
Constantly feeling nervous, tensed, or restless
Difficulty focusing and worrying all the time
Shortness of breath, rapid breathing, or heart palpitations
Muscle tension or gastrointestinal problems such as gas, constipation, or diarrhea
Difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
Excessive sweating, chest pain, and feeling nauseous
Feeling “detached”, fear of “going crazy”, or losing control
Constant fear of dying
